Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam and the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the Fields of General, Technical and Higher Education
Memorandum Persefahaman tersebut ditandatangani oleh Yang Berhormat Datin Seri Setia Dr. Hajah Romaizah binti Haji Md Salleh, Menteri Pendidikan bagi pihak Kerajaan Kebawah Duli Yang Maha Mulia Paduka Seri Baginda Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan Negara Brunei Darussalam, dan Tuan Yang Terutama Dr. Mohamed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education bagi pihak Kerajaan Kingdom of Bahrain.
